In May 2003 I started blogging in order to create an online archive of thoughts and references potentially relevant to my research project and with the aim of networking. I kept going for four rewarding years, but the blog got quiet as I took a year off for maternity leave (April 2007 to March 2008). As I feel that I now need to focus my writing energy on completing the thesis, I have decided to let the blog stay quiet for a while longer. It is still available online, though, and in it you can find posts on topics related to, for example, CMC, ICT in language learning, virtual worlds, multitasking, interaction design etc.
